Mr Shifter shall charge any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information as determined by Mr Shifter provided by the customer on booking form/s and or voice communications.
Mr. Shifter, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” provides moving and shifting services to its valued customers. This disclaimer serves to inform all customers that the Company reserves the right to pass any additional costs incurred onto the customer if the customer has failed to supply the correct and accurate details at the time of booking.
The accurate and timely provision of information by the customer is crucial for the smooth and efficient execution of moving and shifting operations. Failure to provide correct details can result in delays to the Company’s schedule, affecting the commitments to other customers and potentially leading to increased expenses.
Therefore, in the event the Company faces any delays, complications, or additional costs due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, the Company shall not be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience or expenses. In such instances, the Company will have the right to pass on any additional costs directly to the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details provided during the booking process, including, but not limited to, the location, quantity of items, special handling requirements, and any potential access difficulties, are accurate and up-to-date. Any changes or updates to the original booking details should be formally communicated to the Company at the earliest possible time.
The Company strives to provide the highest quality of service and appreciates the cooperation and accurate information provided by its customers which facilitates the smooth and timely execution of the moving and shifting operations.
By engaging the services of the Company, the customer acknowledges and confirms the details of this disclaimer are understood, and accepts same. The customer further confirms the understanding that the accurate provision of details is essential to ensure a seamless moving experience and to avoid any potential additional costs.
